Meet Team Ragnarok
Raphael L. Padro, Jr., Owner
Before establishing Ragnarok Consulting Services in 2014, Raphael L. Padro, Jr. worked in the code consultation and expediting industry for more than 15 years. As Senior Project Manager and eventual Partner at J&R Consultants, his specialties included Certificate of Occupancy acquisitions and close-outs.
A graduate of Hunter College, Raphael oversees the day to day operations of Ragnarok Consulting Services. Driven by client satisfactory, a respect of the ommunity, and an acute understanding of the bottom line, he has helped lead Ragnarok Consulting Services into a growing force in honesty, professionalism, and reliability in the code consultation and expediting industry of New York City.

Camille M. Hlavka, Principal, Director of Marketing
With a rich history in sales and marketing, Camille M. Hlavka worked her way in from Assistant to Senior Sales Executive to Director of Sales with both privately and publicly held companies in New York City. Originally from Wisconsin, she graduated from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee with a bachelor’s from The School of Business with a degree in Marketing.
Featured on 20/20 in 2006 in an episode studying work ethics of individuals, Camille was categorized by analysts to be in the top 24% of individuals considered to be over-achievers.
Camille takes pride in working with integrity and honestly and truly values building positive relationships in both her professional and personal life.
